For the Cottage and the studio the rates per night or weekend are established all expenses included. (Bed linen, towels, cleaning after departure). Weekly rates are without bed linen and towels. Cleaning at the end of the stay (comulsory) is charged 20 Euros. In any case the breakfast of the first morning is offered.
ANIMALS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
Bed linen: 8 € per bed of 2 people per stay or per week.
Towels: 4 € per person and per change per stay or per week.
The cottage and the studio are not available to persons with disabilities and reduced mobility.

Cash, Checks, Holiday vouchers, Bank transfer, PayPal are accepted.

Cancellation Policy: If canceled or modified up to 4 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If canceled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of the total amount will be charged. If canceled up to 1 day before the date of arrival or no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. We are sensitive to the maintenance and respect of the quality of life of all that is why it is imperative to avoid nuisances of any kind after 22 hours.
